Terms of Use

1. Agreement

By accessing mondofix.ro (the “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

The Site is operated by NO LIMIT TECH SRL trading as MondoFix (CUI 31902941, VAT RO 31902941, Reg. Com. J35/3158/2017, registered office: Str. Samuil Micu nr. 27, 300125 Timișoara, județ Timiș, România).

2. Purpose of the Site

The Site provides general information about our B2B reverse logistics, refurbishment, diagnostics, data sanitization, and related services for professional sellers in the European Union. Content is directed at businesses, not consumers acting outside a trade or profession.

Information on the Site — including capacity figures, turnaround windows, and service descriptions — is indicative. Binding scope, pricing, SLAs, and intake capacity are agreed only in written B2B contracts or formal quotes we issue after reviewing your requirements and current operational availability.

3. No contract from the contact form alone

Submitting the onboarding / contact form does not create a binding service agreement. It is an enquiry only. We may accept or decline work, phase batch intake, or propose alternative timelines based on capacity — as described on the Site and confirmed in writing.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• use the Site in any unlawful manner or to transmit malicious code;
• attempt unauthorised access to our systems or scrape the Site in a way that impairs its operation;
• submit false, misleading, or third-party personal data without authority;
• use Site content to misrepresent an existing commercial relationship with MondoFix.

5. Intellectual property

Text, layout, branding, and other materials on the Site are owned by or licensed to NO LIMIT TECH SRL unless stated otherwise. You may view and print pages for internal business evaluation. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute Site content for commercial publication without our prior written consent.

6. Third-party links & tools

The Site may reference third-party marketplaces, tools, or providers (e.g. Resend, analytics platforms, marketplace programmes). We do not control third-party sites and are not responsible for their content or policies. Reference to a marketplace or tool does not imply official partnership unless explicitly stated in a separate agreement.

7. Disclaimer

The Site and its content are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis for general information. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim warranties of accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose regarding Site content.

Nothing on the Site constitutes legal, tax, or compliance advice. Marketplace programme rules, GPSR, GDPR, and DPP obligations remain your responsibility as seller or data controller unless explicitly assigned under a signed B2B contract with us.

8. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, NO LIMIT TECH SRL shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential loss arising from use of the Site or reliance on its content. Our aggregate liability arising from Site use (excluding liability that cannot be limited by law) shall not exceed EUR 100.

This Section does not limit liability under a separate signed B2B service agreement for operational work we perform for you.

9. Privacy

Personal data collected through the Site is described in our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing law & jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania. Courts in Timișoara, Romania shall have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory provisions of law that cannot be waived.

11. Changes & contact

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
