This website is operated by NO LIMIT TECH SRL trading as MondoFix (“we”, “us”). We are the data controller for personal data submitted through this site.

2. Scope

This policy applies to visitors of mondofix.ro and to individuals who submit our B2B onboarding / contact form. It does not replace contractual data-processing terms we may agree with business clients when handling device inventory, RMA data, or marketplace operations — those are covered in separate B2B agreements.

3. What data we collect

When you use the contact form, we may collect:

Company name and country
Contact name, work email, and optional phone number
Optional company website
Business information you provide: marketplaces, estimated monthly volume, services of interest, and project notes

When you browse the site, our hosting and analytics providers may process technical data such as IP address, browser type, device information, and pages viewed. See Section 6 (cookies & analytics).

We do not intentionally collect special categories of personal data through this website. Please do not submit unnecessary personal or sensitive information in free-text fields.

4. Why we use your data and legal bases

Responding to B2B enquiries: to review your request, scope services, and communicate with you (legal basis: legitimate interests in operating our business and pre-contractual steps at your request — GDPR Art. 6(1)(b) and (f)).
Website security & logs: to protect the site and diagnose issues (legal basis: legitimate interests — Art. 6(1)(f)).
Analytics / marketing tags: only if enabled — see Section 6 (typically consent or legitimate interests, depending on configuration).

5. How we share data

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only where necessary to operate this website and respond to enquiries:

Email delivery: form submissions are transmitted via Resend to our business inbox. Resend may process data on servers outside the EEA; where applicable, appropriate safeguards (such as Standard Contractual Clauses) are relied upon.
Hosting: the site is hosted on Vercel, which processes technical connection data necessary to deliver the site.
Analytics providers: if configured (Google Analytics / GTM, Meta Pixel), subject to their policies and your cookie choices where required.
Legal & professional advisers where required by law or to establish, exercise, or defend legal claims.

6. Cookies & analytics

We use essential cookies and similar technologies required for site delivery and security. Optional analytics or advertising tags (Google Tag Manager, Google Analytics 4, Meta Pixel) are loaded only if the corresponding environment variables are configured on our deployment. If we enable non-essential analytics in jurisdictions where consent is required, we will implement an appropriate consent mechanism before go-live of those tags.

You can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, provider opt-out tools (e.g. Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on).

7. Retention

B2B enquiry data is kept for as long as needed to respond, pursue a commercial relationship, or comply with legal obligations — typically up to 24 months after last meaningful contact unless a longer period is required (e.g. accounting or dispute records). Server logs are retained for a shorter period defined by our hosting provider.

8. Your rights (GDPR)

If you are in the EEA or UK, you may have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, or object to processing, and to data portability where applicable. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting prior lawful processing.

You may lodge a complaint with the Romanian supervisory authority: ANSPDCP (Autoritatea Națională de Supraveghere a Prelucrării Datelor cu Caracter Personal) — dataprotection.ro.

9. Security

We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures (HTTPS, access controls, validated form handling). No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure; we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be highlighted on this page.
